Evaluation and conclusion

Startup Notice has a good response time and quickly applies changes while remaining light on the system resources (CPU and RAM consumption is low). Everything worked smoothly in our evaluation, since the app did not hang, crash or pop up error messages. While it is true that other similar apps offer a variety of customization settings to personalize the Windows 7 logon screen, Startup Notice surpasses them in simplicity and easy of use.
