EaseUS CleanGenius comes bundled with an extensive set of options dedicated to keeping your PC in shape by deleting web browser traces, managing autostart entries to increase Windows boot time, registry defragmenter, and more.The user-friendly interface is based on a modern window with an intuitive structure, displaying the program status when ti comes to cleaning disk space, fixing registry errors, and addressing privacy issues.When it comes to privacy, EaseUS CleanGenius is able to delete URLs, cookies, history, autofill forms and passwords, sessions, and other browser-related items. The supported web browsers include Internet Explorer, Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox.In addition, the program scans for history in Windows (e.g. Run command, Windows log and patch files), instant messaging tools, and various other applications (e.g. Google Earth, Paint.NET, VLC Media Player).Results show all problems and lets you export the list to an HTML file for closer inspection. Unfortunately, you cannot select only particular items for cleaning from each category.The "Utilities box" contains a wide array of tools for optimizing, cleaning, repairing, and controlling the computer. A module shows available physical, swap and visual memory, and lets the user release RAM with the click of a button. The startup manager can disable items which automatically run at system startup. However, it does not provide options for adding new ones.A simple disk defragmentation tool is featured as well. The programs uninstaller is not very different from the Windows built-in one, apart from a search function, online search (on Google) and the possibility to sort apps by size or install date. For instance, EaseUS CleanGenius is not able to identify any leftover files or registry entries.Other utilities include a disk cleaner (with specified paths), file shredder, large file finder (or the most recent one), duplicate file and empty folder finder, shortcut cleaner, and others. Last but not least, the turbo boost component increases overall performance by disabling application compatibility cache, Windows updates, keyboard hotkeys, printer support, and so on.The program has a good response time and uses low CPU and RAM. We have not come across any issues in our testing. All in all, EaseUS CleanGenius sports an impressive range of options for computer maintenance, which can be configured by all user levels.
