Dedicated to programmers, DfmExtractor is a lightweight and portable Windows tool capable of extracting DFM, LFM and FRM forms from executables that were compiled with Delphi, Lazarus or CodePython.It can be accessed from the command-line setup right after downloading and unzipping the archive, since there is no installation involved. This means that you can conveniently add it to your collection of portable software and run DfmExtractor whenever you need to extract data in a hurry.

All supported commands can be shown on screen by calling DfmExtractor's process without any arguments. The principle is rather simple since you only need to point out to the executable file with Delphi, Lazaur or CodeTyphon forms, enter the index or name of the form or form class  to exclude any other available forms, and specify the directory where you want to save the extracted files. Otherwise, if the ID or name is not mentioned, you can ask the tool to extract all containing forms.It's possible to set the preferred extension of the output files (otherwise, DFM will be used). You can also set a filename prefix when extracting all forms in batch, view a list of all forms in the specified input file. Several examples are listed to give you an idea of how the application works.
