Usually the developer needed to write a special app in order to invoke the CE application manager with their prepared CAB files and setup.ini. This application was created to save your time. To use the application you need to prepare your CAB files for the device(s), to create an INI file for the Application manager and to put the executable file together with the INI file in one directory . You will only need to run it in order to invoke installation to the attached mobile device.
