MDSJ is a lightweight software application whose purpose is to help you make use of the multidimensional scaling (MDS) algorithm in order to be able to analyze the level of similarity of data objects into geometric positions.You can either use the utility as a standalone tool via the command-line console or employ all classes in the package in your own Java software.
