DvbSub2Text is a software application whose purpose is to help you convert bitmap DVB subtitles to text (SRT file format) with the aid of Tesseract, an optical character recognition engine. The tool is able to process the subtitles found in MPEG-TS movies.It is important to mention from the beginning that the utility is not able to detect the subtitles if their PID value is not listed in the PMT table and PAT/PMT tables are not present at all.
