Bluefox FLV Converter3.01.12.1008

Bluefox FLV Converter is a simple application designed to help you convert videos to the FLV format. It enables you to process multiple files at once, making it a great choice for those who have numerous clips that need to be converted.

Straightforward utility that offers a limited set of features

This is not a particularly complex program, but users who prefer to keep things simple should appreciate its minimalistic design. It is quite easy to figure out the necessary steps, and there is even a brief user manual you can turn to if you run into any issues. However, the application does not allow you to split the input files or convert specific sections from the videos. Also, no encoding profiles are included.

Useful tool for batch processing jobs

Bluefox FLV Converter is best suited for users who frequently need to encode large numbers of files to FLV. It enables you to load every video from a certain folder in one go, although it would have helped if it were possible to filter the files based on their format. Also, drag and drop actions are not supported.Conversion jobs can be saved and run at a later date, but it is not possible to store multiple FLV profiles for various scenarios. Your settings are reset whenever the program is shut down, which is less than ideal.

Disappointing user interface

As far as the GUI is concerned, Bluefox FLV Converter could certainly do with an upgrade. While the minimalistic layout is certainly novice-friendly, the application is drawn back by its outdated design. All in all, this is a straightforward, no-nonsense software utility that can help you convert your video files to the FLV format in just a few simple steps. It is suitable for batch conversion jobs, but it does not offer any advanced features and sports a very outdated user interface.
