Video Splitter & Joiner Suite is a software pack that consists of two separate applications designed to help you cut and merge video clips, as well as convert them to other formats (e.g. AVI, MPG, WMV, FLV, MP4).The interface of the programs is plain and simple to navigate through. Videos can be imported into the list by using either the file browser or "drag and drop" method.In the list you can check out the source path, resolution, start and end time, along with status of each clip. In case of file splitting, you can select the trimming method (into one block or multiple clips, by range in seconds or by file size in MB), after which you can specify the output destination and format, in order to proceed with the task.On top of that, you can make audio and video modifications when it comes to the quality, size, volume, letter box, sample frequency rate, codec, and others.But you can also preview clips in a small, built-in media player, select the decoder engine and deinterlace source video mode, specify the process priority class and CPU core number in conversions, view file properties, set post-task actions (e.g. exit program, turn off computer), change the interface language, increase the font size, and more.The video processing tools require a low-to-moderate amount of system resources, have a good response time, quickly finish a task and manage to keep a very good image and sound quality in the output videos. We haven't come across any issues during our tests and highly recommend the Video Splitter & Joiner Suite to all users.
