HermIRES is an intuitive application that you can use to draw and convert C64 hires bitmap images, providing support for multiple graphic formats, namely BMP, PNG, PRG and PRG. HermIRES comes with a variate collection of VPL palettes that you can load and features  AFLI mode support. It enables you to run CRT emulations and adjust the picture brightness.
