ImageMeterPro edits and modifies images in order to take out spots and bands, while being able to select and subtract undesired colors. This is an Adobe AIR-based utility so you need to deploy the target working environment on the host computer.

Bare-bone interface

The program’s layout is built with simplicity in mind. All users have to do is import a picture and start editing it. It works with JPG and PNG files just fine, while no formal image standards are being mentioned.All the relevant buttons are placed in the upper part of the application’s interface showcasing basic options like 'Import Image', 'Set BG,' and 'Select White.' Another smaller overlaying window keeps track of your spots and bands.

Simple set of functions

The program calculates the types of colors and white or black ratio parameters in your photos based on your selection. The result of that algorithm is available in the small overlaying panel. After data is gathered, users can save the picture to a very generic file format.Although the effectiveness of this tool can be useful for some editors, the importing and exporting options are a bit shaky. It may add a large number of file formats, but the exporting feature is either broken or nonexistent. You can check your image of spots and bands, and that's about it.

Finally

ImageMeterPro is pretty basic. You are allowed to perform some simple calculations of your picture color properties and that's it. You won't be able to export and save anything. All you can calculate and modify in your picture's properties remains inside the app.Professional artists could be interested in this program only if they need data to be imported in more elaborate editors, but as it stands right now, ImageMeterPro is not even close to a fully functioning program.
