If your experience in editing photos consists in you doing things in Paint, then this program is definitely not for you.Admittedly, calling Easy Cartoonizer a graphics editor is a bit of a stretch since it is nothing more but a simple tool that turns BMP, JFIF, JIF, JPE, JPG JPEG, PNG, TIF, and TIFF images into cartoons.l the UI tries to be as simple and straightforward as possible, all it manages is to be overwhelming, since all buttons are clearly labeled with what they do, but it is just that they're too many of them.
All the tools an intermediate-to-advanced user can use
Once you get accustomed to the tabs and controls, you'll soon realize that the tool is quite well-equipped when compared to the overall size it has.Of course, the program sacrifices some basic features that would otherwise make it more resource-inefficient, such as the ability to preview in real-time any changes you bring to the picture.Basically, each time you make a new adjustment, you have to press a confirmation button for the changes to take effect, which can be rather time-consuming.
Not the best graphics editors out there
Easy Cartoonizer doesn't impress with much, and should only be used as a last resort alternative if all other more well-developed graphics editors are unavailable.
