As the name suggests, Easy Sketcher is a tool designed to help you convert various images into gray-scale sketches that you can use in both leisure and professional circumstances.

The application comes with an old-school interface that occupies your entire desktop without the possibility to make it smaller. While for some users this can be positive, as it does not distract them from their work, for others it may be bothersome, especially since they may want to view other apps they are using, such as a video playing or a message via an IM app, for instance.The interface is comprised of two main sections, the working space and the settings panel, which is located on the right side. On a side note, you can move it to the left by clicking the small arrow in the top right, if this meets your working style.The highlight of the program stems from the numerous settings and options it packs for creating the gray-scale sketch. From post-extracting brightness, color-enhanced images and various post-resizing options to extracting images and a wide array of black-board and white-board sketch options, you can create unique caricatures and images.

A handy tool for anyone who wants to create gray-scale caricatures of sketches

On the downside, the application does not enable you to view the modifications you select in real-time. It would have been useful if you could preview the changes right away, so you not have to reset and start over or need to remember your previous settings. Moreover, real-time preview could make it even more convenient for users who did not employ similar tools before and may not be familiar with what each function does.In spite of these inconveniences, Easy Sketcher has a fast learning curve and you do not need too much time and effort to create your first caricature or sketch.
