ChangeRequest.com Screenshot Tool is a Windows app designed to help you capture the full screen, annotate the image, and upload it to the developer's website so you can easily share it with friends. It features several drawing tools and runs in the systray.

After installing and launching the app, it starts minimized to the tray, so you can double-click its icon to capture the screen and open it in the program's built-in editor right away. You can also activate the Ctrl+S+K key combination to capture the image without using the mouse, especially if you're working in a fullscreen application.The picture's actual size is displayed by default, meaning that you can scroll with the mouse wheel or drag the horizontal and vertical scrollbars to navigate.
