View and edit files in binary, decimal, hex or octal mode

The binary format is automatically displayed right after opening a file. It's possible to move the cursor to any position and edit the 8-bit, 16-bit, 32-bit and 64-bit values.You can find out the red, green, blue and alpha channels, along with the file size, hexadecimal and decimal address. Plus, it's possible to jump to any address, as well as resort to a basic search tool to locate ASCII or hex code fast.Binary Viewer / Editor lets you toggle the display mode between hexadecimal, decimal, octal and binary, as well as set the Little or Big Endian encoding method, depending on your preference. Evaluation and conclusion

The tool hasn't been updated for long, but it didn't have any compatibility issues with later Windows editions in our tests.
