In depth

A closer look at Test Report Manager

Engineering Report Manager is a multi-user database that runs under MSAccess 2000/20002 capable to store and report various test reports. The user can group the tests per product, session, and test name, the results being reported as hard copy or file (RTF, PDF, and XLS). The communication between users is made easy via Outlook. A built-in planner allows scheduling tests and equipment accordingly with their documentation. Time estimation is also produced per each test depending on number of runs and the modes of activation for the devices under the test. A graphical scheduler will report the testing status for a given period of time. The user can maintain an equipment list and monitor their calibration status, can create test procedures and technical requirements. Many other utilities allow an easy way to control multiple engineering laboratory tests (electrical, mechanical, software).
