Picture View is a small software application designed specifically for helping you preview, resize, rotate, and flip images, as well as apply special effects and filters in order to enhance the looks of your pictures.

In addition, you can make the application show the next or previous photo from the current directory.When it comes to editing features, you are allowed to apply monochrome, pixelize, negative, blur, and sharpen special effects, and alter the brightness, contrast, and saturation values. The utility also comes packed with several filters, such as edge enhance, color emboss, and find edges.The edited photos can be exported to BMP, GIF, PNG, or TGA file format. The program also reveals information about each file, namely file format, resolution, colors, and size directly in the main window.Tests have shown that Picture View reveals pictures very quickly and without errors. It does not eat up a lot of CPU and memory resources so the overall performance of the computer is not affected. It offers very good output results.
