The CPUHog application was designed to be a Windows CPU stressor. Use CPUHog to put a vigorous load on the system processor. This can be used to check for any possible CPU thermal Overheating conditions or to test how other applications react when the CPU load is high. To disable the Hog Grunt sound effects, right click on the CPUHog main screen and select Mute SoundFX from the pop up menu. (NOTE: this will be slow to appear when CPUHogging)
