Specifically Euclid's RPN was designed to: Stay out of the way, as an icon on the task bar but be available from any application with the press of a 'hotkey' or a mouse click. Have, in addition to the normal display, a small display mode with just the answer window showing to minimize the area covering your application yet still be fully functional. Allow copy & paste functions to import numbers from and export answers to other applications. When you launch Euclid it places an icon in the system tray on the task bar, then waits for you to click the icon or press the 'HotKey' to open the calculator. When you close the calculator it resumes its role as an icon on the task bar ready for use the next time it's needed.
