KM-NET for Accounting is a Windows utility that you can use to administer printing jobs in a friendly working environment, as well as to configure printing and account settings. It boasts several handy options to tinker with.

Initial configuration

At startup you are required to specify a password that will be used every time you want to access KM-NET. It is possible to use the Windows domain authentication details as well as to assign the password to the database.A wizard allows you to easily point out printing systems by automatically discovering them in the network, adding them manually by setting an IP address or host, or importing them from external files.

Simple interface

The GUI is plain but easy to navigate, thanks to its well-structured layout. KM-NET for Accounting worked well in our tests, without triggering Windows to hang, crash or pop up error dialogs. It runs on low CPU and memory, so it shouldn't affect the overall performance of the computer.All in all, this software application offers a simple and effective solution to managing printing jobs, and it can be handled by anyone with ease. Its interface is not that attractive, though.
