The interface of the program is clean and intuitive. Sound files can be imported into the file list by using either the file browser or "drag and drop" function. It is possible to process multiple items at the same time. You can work with anything under formats like WMA, MP3, WAV, M4A, M4P M4B, AA, M4V, and CDA.The queue provides specific details on each audio track, such as name, duration, initial format and status. If you prefer the default settings, then all you need to do is specify the output directory and file type, in order to initialize the encoding procedure.

Choose output folder and define format and quality settings

Advanced users can fiddle with the audio settings when it comes to the bit rate, codec and format. Furthermore, you can set the folder structure, adjust the conversion acceleration level, enable ID3 tags, open the output folder and preview songs in a built-in audio player.The audio processing tool requires a low-to-moderate amount of system resources to finish a task in reasonable time. It is very responsive and includes a help file. No error dialogs have been displayed throughout our tests and NoteCable Audio Converter did not freeze or crash. The resulted audio tracks have a good sound quality.On the downside, you cannot set the tool to automatically turn off the computer or to open the output directory after encoding. Plus, you cannot set the thread priority or minimize NoteCable Audio Converter to the system tray.
