MB-Ruler is an application that can help you measure distances and angles on the desktop. The screen cutter feature allows you to copy a section of the screen to the Clipboard, or as bitmap.More experienced users may fiddle with some advanced options, as they can enable the hotkeys, and choose the rotation angle and distance unit. Moreover, it is possible to select an angle unit (e.g. degree, radiant), measurement direction (counterclockwise or clockwise), and position (right, middle, left).
