SmallMeasure is a small software application designed specifically for helping you work with a screen ruler in order to measure any two points placed on your desktop. It can be used for calculating the distance between two geometrical shapes or other figures. It can be deployed on all Windows versions out there.

It does not eat up a lot of CPU and memory resources so the overall performance of the computer is not affected.

There’s no support for advanced parameters so you cannot copy the measurement results to the clipboard and view a virtual ruler displayed between the two points.
