NetTaskExec : Build a schedule of commands, programs and tasks to execute on the local computer or any of the remote workstations in your network
NetTaskExec comes in handy to network administrators, enabling them to create a schedule containing commands to execute on the local PC or remote computers in their network.
Functionality behind simple and intuitive looks
The application displays a forthright interface consisting of a single window where all the configuration options are one-click away. The schedule is also displayed within the main window in an organized table, hosting the IP address of the target computer, alongside the command to execute, the job ID and additional information for the user.In order to use NetTaskExec, you require administrative privileges over the destination workstation and the schedule service must be running.
Easy configuration for task scheduling
NetTaskExec is not difficult to configure at all, since all you have to do is specify the log in information so as to gain access to the target workstation, enter the host identification data, type in the command to run and adjust the time delay in seconds. For remote computers, you must specify the start and the end IP address. Additionally, you can activate the interactive mode, which means that the command will ask for user permission and prompt questions.
Create a task scheduler for the local or a remote PC
With NetTaskExec you can remotely launch applications or execute other commands on the local or a remote computer, creating a schedule that will periodically initiate a task. The application will not execute the scheduled jobs if the authorization requirements are not met, so you have to make sure that administrative privileges are allocated to your user.
