X-Win32 can be used to remotely access multiple Unix and Linux systems from your Windows PC. Based on a client-server architecture, it provides support for XDMCP, REXEC and SSH connections, ensuring high security and reliability.

Support for multiple communication protocols

The application allows communication between machines running on Windows and Unix-like operating systems (Linux, Solaris, HP-UX, IBM-AIX, VMS, IRIX), providing a solid platform for displaying remote X Window System desktops and programs.It supports the SSH, XDMCP, REXEC, RLOGIN, RSH and TELNET protocols. Moreover, it can launch LIVE connections, which rely on the NX protocol.

Integrated wizard for creating new connections

The configuration process is not difficult, considering that the built-in wizard can provide assistance throughout the entire process of creating a new connection. After you select the connection type and assign it a name, you must enter the host to connect to and the corresponding login username and password.

Speed and configuration

All the connections can be managed and organized in different folders via the 'Configuration' window. Thanks to the robust rendering engine for OpenGL, 3D applications will run smoothly, just as if you were accessing them locally.There are various settings you can customize. For instance, the application enables you to change the mouse simulation mode and activate the XKeyboard extension, which configures the keyboard for any language. The XAuth module helps you filter host addresses, while the RandRextension allows the free re-sizing of the session window.
