In partnership with TeamViewer, the guys from Avira developed a simple and portable tool that establishes a quick connection between Avira clients and technicians, intuitively called Avira Support - Customer Module.By installing this app on a computer running any Avira product (such as Avira Total Security Suite, Avira Internet Security Suite or Avira Antivirus Pro), users can provide direct access to Avira specialists, whose job is to remotely fix any issues related to their Avira applications.

If you've ever use TeamViewer before, then Avira Support - Customer Module will give you no kind of trouble, thanks to the fact that it preserves the same configuration settings that come bundled with TeamViewer.Double-clicking the downloaded .exe brings up a small graphical window to the screen, showing the TeamViewer ID and password associated with the current machine. Keep in mind that the ID is one of a kind.
Communicate with an Avira specialist with ease
By passing on both IDs and password to the Avira tech guys, they will be granted full access to your PC. You will be able to see what the specialist is doing, set up a video call, talk via the microphone, chat via text, exchange files, or draw on a whiteboard.
