Users that are accustomed to double-clicking on shortcuts will find adjusting to this new system a bit hard. Having all these quick-links at an easy reach can prove useful at times.

The multi-tabbed experience, complete with bookmarks

The core function of the program is its ability to process Internet links. Not only does the application display most addresses it receives, but it can also streamline the whole experience by allowing more than one tab to be used.Granted, this is not revolutionary in any way, but the function does speed things up, nonetheless. A feature particular to this software is the method used to handle bookmarking.Each tab can hold numerous bookmarks. This is a good method of organizing sites. For example, one could have a tab for sports-related websites, and each bookmark from that particular category could link to a different type of sports website.Another interesting feature, although again not innovative in any way, is the browsing history file. With a single click, users can quickly view and review recently accessed sites.Having so many bookmark spots visible at any one time really clutters the interface. Hiding empty bookmarks might be a solution for future versions.

All in all, NotJustBrowsing Desktop is an interesting take on a problem as old as the Internet: how to go about efficiently browsing its content. Tabs and bookmarks are the weapons of choice in this case, but there is plenty of room for improvement!
