A few settings are available through the Options screen.Therefore, you can disable the Real-Time Scanning, Download Protection or Browser Hijack Protection module, configure settings for Download Protections (e.g. alert only, silent block), as well as set up a password to access SpywareGuard.However, this program cannot remove spyware that has already infiltrated into your system. It runs well together with an anti-spyware system such as Spyware Blaster, in order to provide maximum protection to your PC.The application is very low-demanding when it comes to the CPU and system memory, so it does not affect the computer's performance. It has a good response time and works well, without causing the operating system to hang, crash or pop up error dialogs.On the downside, the program has not been updated for a very long time, and it does not support other web browsers besides Internet Explorer.
