Offers support for several hash types and warns you when something is amiss

You can choose between three hash code types, namely MD5 (32 character 128 bit), SHA-1 (40 character 160 bit) and SHA-2 (64 character 256 bit). However, several others are not supported, such as SHA384, SHA512 or RipeMD.If the downloaded file’s hash matches the one provided by the software vendor, a confirmation message is displayed on a green background, which means it has not been tampered with.
