Written in Delphi, DCrypt is a tiny application that enables you to input text and hexadecimal code, as well as to decryt hex. It doesn't require installation and features just a few options.
Portability benefits

Apart from the fact that you can swap the input and output with one click, there are no other notable options available here.
Evaluation and conclusion
As expected, the tool didn't put a strain on the overall performance of the computer in our tests, thanks to the fact that it needed low CPU and memory to work properly. It carried out encryption and decryption jobs swiftly and didn't freeze, crash or show error dialogs.Although it doesn't come bundled with comprehensive options or configuration parameters, DCrypt offers a simple solution to encrypting and decrypting text and hexadecimal code.
