EQMS Lite is a Windows finances and business application whose purpose is to help you store information about product details and monitor leads, follow-ups and closures. It is designed specifically for individuals and small businesses because it represents the compact version of a fully-featured CRM system.

Startup wizard

You can rely on a step-by-step approach for configuring initial settings. The tool lets you provide data about the product names and define the follow-up that is done for your inquires (e.g. phone, mail, fax).

Clean feature lineup

The utility reveals a well-structure suite of features which look easy to work with. Although the ‘My’ menu may not tell you much about the functions it comes packed with, once you open and work with them, you get to the conclusion that they are intuitive. More specifically, you get to add and view details about Enquire/Lead, Follow-up, Closure and Report. When it comes to adding inquiry data, you can specify the inquiry number, date, name, contact person, address, telephone number, email ID, source, and remarks. Products can be stored with details about the name, quantity, rate, and amount. Similar parameters can be accessed for the Follow-up and Closure options. EQMS Lite carries out a task quickly and without errors. It doesn’t eat up a lot of CPU and memory so the overall performance of the computer is not affected. 

Reports and backups

You can generate all sorts of reports about inquiry (list and product wise), follow-up (list) and closure (booked, lost or cancelled items). The reports can be saved to XLS file format, and you may also create manual backups so you can quickly restore data in case of loss scenarios.
