It would've been a great addition if the database could be protected with a login system or a password to keep the valuable information away from prying eyes.To set up a new database all you have to do is enter a suitable name and a safe location on the drive. The categories are created automatically once you typed them in.

Enter the details for each owned element

The provided fields(which are the same for all objects) are item's name, group (e.g. electronics, valuable, kitchen), room, store, brand, serial number and model, along with warranty number, insurance and heir name.In addition, you can enter the quantity, condition, location, price, bought date and other several custom information, like the real value, weight or number of pieces.

Add pictures of items and generate reports

The app lets you view the most recently added items and the details for each. Plus, you can load a descriptive image of the object from the computer.You have the choice to generate detailed reports based on various criteria, such as item, room, brand, model, value, date or store. The database can be exported to CSV file format.
