Simply put, you need to load the input file and, providing that the app can read it, you can print the relevant information, such as diploid, haploid, number of loci, isolates or number of individuals.As previously mentioned, you can perform various analysis on the dataset, but also define the linkage groups, population, set the preferences for handling the missing data, calculating the genotypic diversity and linkage disequilibrium, plot the diversity versus the number of loci or test for haploid partitions.
