It enables you to prevent risks, seize opportunities and keep the project up to date.It's wrapped in a well-organized and intuitive layout divided into multiple panels, each with a different purpose. It displays the activity browser and risk pane on the left side of the window, and on the other half, neatly structured and color-labeled, are the effect (orange), causes (yellow), responses (green), and tasks (blue) panes.

Configure the company and project information

When the program is started, it comes with samples to easily familiarize yourself with the layout, and which can later be changed. From the menu, you can set the plan's name, description, goal, organization, and the start and end time.Clicking on an item brings up an individual tab showing a more detailed overview of the entry, like the code number, name and summary, along with the risk owner, effects, the person who reported, state, and the class (e.g. minor, medium, high, fatal).

Add and handle the business team, and generate reports

ProjectFuture lets you edit the persons in charge of the strategy, by inputting their full name, position, different phone numbers, and email.You can view and analyze summaries in a printable view of risks, responses and tasks, browse between pages using the next and back arrows, and zoom in and out.Each category comes with a description and status level that depends on the group. It's possible to hide panels for a less cluttered look and display only what's necessary.
