My Cashflow is a small software tool that can be used to keep track of your expenditures and incomings.The installation process is a piece of cake, and upon wrapping it up, you are met with a straightforward interface, built on several tabs which allow a quick navigation through all the options available. Due to its simplicity, it is suitable to all user categories, even those with little to no previous experience with computers.It comes bundled with a few examples, so that you can clearly observe how it works. An unlimited number of accounts and transactions can be added, and it is possible to view all cash flow operations that were carried all throughout a month or even up to a year.Accounts require you to input a description and balance, while transactions are bit more complex. Alongside the description, you can insert the date, amount of money (debit or credit) and recurring information (how often it repeats, when it ends).The main window displays a graphical representation of your cash flow, so that you can easily draw conclusions about your expenditures. All entries can be edited or deleted at any point, and the cash flow tab shows you all operations, along with date, description, amount and balance.This program does not feature Help contents, as they are not actually needed. This becomes apparent when considering how easy to use it is. Our tests have revealed that this utility is quite friendly to the system’s resources and therefore, you can use it alongside others without having to worry about your computer’s performance.All in all, My Cashflow proves to be a useful piece of software, dedicated to people interested in keeping track of their cash flow. Nevertheless, power users might consider it a bit limited.
