Taekwon-Do X10 is an educational software that enables you to learn and improve your knowledge of Taekwon Do terminology and training exercises. The software divides the information on levels, marked by the color of the belt and the tags, if they exist. The training starts with the white belt and ends with the red belt with black tags.

Taekwon-Do X10 is designed to inform and teach you about the principles of the Korean sport/way of life. Generally, martial arts are more than just fighting styles, they involve philosophy, lifestyle and way of thinking. The colors of the belts represent the level of training and performance the student has reached. The cycle starts with the white belt, with no tags, then moves on to yellow, green, blue and red, with intermediate levels marked with tags.The software explains each level, offering training hall rules, the student oath, terminology, describing the stances, numbers, commands and several significant words. Each belt comes with a set of pattern exercises, called Sogi, that become more and more advanced. The software displays a 2D scheme of the specific Sogi and includes external URLs leading to explanatory YouTube videos.

Taekwon-Do X10 offers you the means to teach yourself the basic stances, exercises and terminology. Moving on to a higher belt, however, implies certification from the sports authority and requires that you take a practical exam. Even so, Taekwon-Do X10 allows you to stay informed and practice the martial art by yourself.Additionally, each level contains a four steps quiz, designed to test your knowledge on basic terms, stances and movements. Each level quiz consists of 16 questions that allows you to assess your answer immediately.

With Taekwon-Do X10, learning the Korean martial art is made easy, since the software offers you several collections of terminology, divided by proficiency colors. The software offers explanation on general terms, the colors of the belts, the grand masters and a walkthrough for each Sogi.
