Silver Bullet Cookbook is a handy and accessible application designed to provide a simple yet efficient method to compose and manage different recipes and plan meals for your future family or friends meetings.

Insert numerous entries using an user-friendly layout

It's wrapped in an approachable and feature-rich interface divided into a record viewer and search bar on the left side of the panel, a more detailed view and editor, along with meal planner at the bottom that can be easily hidden. If you used a similar program and have existing files that can be imported and are saved in MMF and MX2 formats, then you can open them by browsing their location. Unfortunately, the tool doesn't come with the choice to create multiple individual databases. However, it provides several default recipes that can be deleted, edited and printed out at any given time.The current index, you have the option to add your own records, which brings up a separate window with four tabs (recipe, details, photos, capture), each comes with different fields. In the first one, you need to name your recipe,  write a short description, ingredients, variations and notes, while in the second, you have to enter more detailed info. A few examples are the source (e.g. webpage, author), servings, preparation and cooking times.

Organize daily meals and customize content

Various pictures can be inserted to describe each step of the process or just the result. All the entered info is displayed in the capture section, where it's possible to highlight each element with a distinctive color. The supported image formats are GIF, JPEG, JPG and BMP.  The app offers a handy feature that of planning meals for specific days of the month, using the integrated calendar.This way, you have the possibility to arrange family meetings serving a specific food course. From the Options menu, the tool comes with a wide variety of default themes to personalize the app's appearance or design your own creation. Furthermore, the ingredient units can be picked to correspond with your country system and shown in full mode (e.g. cups, tablespoon) or modified manually.
