You can create case records with minimal typing effort by importing employee DAT files. In case you do not want to import all the contacts, you have the possibility to manually include the ones you want in the list or simply add the case record based on the employee you select. Once you select an employee, all data is automatically copied to the EAP system, thus saving you the trouble of manually inputting information. Pictures of employees in JPG, BMP or ICO formats can be displayed in order to remind case workers about clients.From the User setup menu, you can display an on-screen reminder if you want to be alerted of cases that do not have activity and need to be closed out.An efficient client management software
