mdf2iso provides you with a simple application that aims to assist you in quickly converting MDF raw disc image files (created by virtual disc imaging programs, such as Daemon Tools or Alcohol 120%) into the ISO format, widely supported by most disc emulation software. It was originally developed for Unix/Linux but it also works on Windows.

Convert MDF images using a command-line tool

The program only runs in the command prompt, thus those who are not accustomed with the console might find it difficult to use.
