Search Google maps is a small widget that you can use to perform map searches in Google, straight from your desktop. It can be easily installed and set up by users with little or no experience in software programs, frequent travelers and businessmen. The interface of the gadget is based on a small frame whose size you can increase by clicking a button, and which you can move to any spot on the screen, with the help of the mouse cursor. The main frame features a search bar linked to Google Maps. You can write a location to look for, and either click the Search button or press the Enter key, in order to bring up a webpage with the results.
