Vocabulary Test English is a reliable educational tool that allows you to practice with English vocabulary definitions, in order to test or improve your knowledge. The application is a suitable utility that facilitates preparation for important English language exams, such as SATs, TOEFL, GRE, MCAT or ASVAB.

Reliable knowledge evaluation application

With Vocabulary Test English, you can easily check the level of your knowledge on the English vocabulary, right from your desktop. The application displays a series of words, along with fours answer options, out of which only one is correct. There is also a setting for correct word pronunciation, so you can accurately identify it.The test statistics are displayed in a designated area, under the answering options, indicating our rate of success, as well as the count of correct and wrong answers. You may also enable the answer evaluation, a separate window with indicates the response you gave for each of the questions.

Change difficulty levels

Vocabulary Test English allows you to switch between different levels of difficulty in the test, according to your knowledge. You may achieve this by selecting the appropriate difficulty from the Level menu: Basic or Advanced. Alternatively, you may add new words to the dictionary, along with their definition and turn them into extra exercises.The difference between the two configured levels is the complexity of the words and having to identify the correct type of word: noun, adjective, verb. The answer is automatically processed once you click on the desired option and the field turns green if it is the correct one or red if it is wrong.

Easily expand the list of words

Vocabulary Test English allows you to customize the test experience by creating your own list of words and answers. The option Add Words/Start Test can be found at the Tools menu, and allows you to enter up to four answer choices, according to the main template. The statistics bar at the bottom of the window indicates the success rate.
