FilterPro Desktop is intended to assist electronics engineers in designing their own filter models that match certain specifications and can be integrated within projects which require signal frequency altering.

Create various filter types

The application can create filters with up to ten poles and supports low-pass, high-pass, band-pass and allpass filters, which modify the input signal in different ways.At startup you are greeted by the built-in wizard that can guide you throughout all the steps of the configuration process. As such, you can choose the filter type and change its specifications, starting with the filter gain, the passband frequency and ripple and ending with the the stopband frequency and attenuation.

Change parameters to view the impact on the design

FilterPro Desktop allows differential or single-ended multiple-feedback topology and provides support for various filter response types, namely Bessel, linear phase, Butterworth, Gaussian and Chebychev.The application displays a compelling schematic representation of the generated circuit, enabling you to modify parameters and view the consequences on the gain, signal frequency and the group delay within two intelligible graphs.

Export data to Excel and generate complete reports

Raw frequency data can be accessed in the designated section and exported to Excel for further analysis. FilterPro Desktop also gathers information concerning the resistors and capacitors within your design.The built-in report generator displays a summary of all the project data, enabling you to easily print it from within the application.
