GlycoWorkbench was specially built as an Open Source tool that allows you to design glycan structures. The GUI allows you to quickly assemble models and compute their mass. GlycoWorkbench can ultimately reduce time required for the interpretation and annotation of glycan mass spectra. GlycoWorkbench is written using Java and is available for all major platforms, including Windows, Mac OS X, and Linux.
