A closer look at FishingCNV
FishingCNV is a simple, Java-based application especially designed to help genome researchers detect copy number variations in exome sequencing data. FishingCNV supports coverage files produced by Genome Analysis ToolKit. To make your work easier, the application includes a tool for producing RPKM files from BAM files, coverage or custom files. The input file is analyzed using a large number of control files and the application outputs the CNVs.
