Nanosurf Easyscan is an application that can perform imaging, spectroscopy or lithography simulations and generate graphs. It automatically detects the connected system hardware (microscopes), allows you to adjust its parameters and analyzes the images. The application allows you to edit the chart properties (signal source, data filter type) and to fully take control of the STM microscope in order to aquire real-time data. With Nanosurf Easyscan, you can perform length, distance and angle measurements, correct the background, calculate the line roughness or apply filters. Report generation options are also available.
