Intellisoft Prescription DB is a reliable tool that enables you to easily create a database, with the help of Microsoft Access, for patients, medical history and prescriptions. The application allows you to store data regarding patients’ conditions, investigations or diagnosis. Moreover, you can generate prescriptions and easily print them out.

Patient database application

Intellisoft Prescription DB relies on either Microsoft Access or Access Runtime in order to work, since it is created especially for these programs. The tool allows you to create an extensive database and easily navigate through the entries, in a friendly interface. You may thus enter new patients or new visits for already listed users.The patient profile, described in the OPD tab allows you to enter physical details about the person, such as name, age, blood pressure, height and weight. Each patient profile features three sections: the address, the investigation and the prescription. In other words, you can create a complete patient file, from symptoms to treatment, in one application.

Creating treatment plans and printing prescriptions

Intellisoft Prescription DB comes with a large database of drug names and active substances that you can use in order to create prescriptions. You may append the list at any time, by adding new drugs, new substances, dosages and administration instructions (for example; three per day, after breakfast).Each drug in the database can be assigned special notes regarding its administration. You may select one from the list or add a custom instruction set. These notes are instantly translated and displayed in several Indian languages, including Marathi, Kannada, Hindi or Bengali. Moreover, you can easily search through the database in order to identify medical visits, patients or prescriptions.
