Hydraulic Calculator SC3 is a very useful program that enables users to easily calculate different hydraulic components such as pumps, hydro motors, hydro cylinders, pipe pressure, valve pressure and simple pipe lines.The interface of the application is a bit outdated, remembering its users about the times in which they had Windows ’98 installed on their computer as their operating system. The window is divided into two sections. The upper area is the main program window and it contains several tabs, each with different types of calculations (pump, hydro motor, hydro cylinder, pipe pressure drop, valve pressure drop and simple pipe line) and one tab that contains results (editor for calculations notifications). The second section of the main window, the lower one, contains working fluid data and an options check for saving calculation on text editor.The main purpose of this application is to simplify ordinary hydraulic calculations for basic hydraulic components and, if you did not take the hint by now, it cannot really be used by many people. The interface of the app is easy to use, but the information it contains makes it difficult for certain people to work in it.A feature that many people will enjoy when using this program is the fact that you can save all the calculations you have done to a TXT file format or print it directly from the program.In conclusion, although Hydraulic Calculator SC3 loses some points when it comes to design of interface, it still remains a very useful program that enables its user to calculate certain hydraulic components with great ease.
