IFEFFIT provides you with a suite of interactive applications designed for performing XAFS (x-ray absorption fine-structure) analysis and manipulating multiple scientific data sets. IFEFFIT enables you to process one-dimensional array data and generate plots. It can perform XAFS background removal using the AUTOBK method and Fourier transformations.
