A closer look at VTD
VTD is a useful application that was designed in order to help you view the differences between up to four trees by highlighting the branches (bipartitions/splits) that are not shared among those trees. There are three different operating modes: 1. run it on the command line and output a phyloxml file that can be viewed with any compatible tree viewer: "java -jar vtd.jar tree1 tree2 > out.xml"
