FNGraph is a nifty little program that math students and other similar users can take advantage of, when it comes to creating and analyzing graphs.The tool is wrapped in a plain interface with a standard window, where you can add a new graph by inputting a function, editing properties (e.g. precision, maximum gap), customizing the appearance (e.g. width, size, color), specifying the elements to include (lines, point) and by writing a description.This graphical representation can be saved to a FNGraph document (FNG format), printed or copied to the Clipboard, so you can paste it into an image editor for further evaluation.In addition, you can modify document properties when it comes to the axes, values, grid and background color, as well as add variables and other graphs, based on their functions.Other features of FNGraph let you evaluate, trace, analyze and integrate functions. From the Options panel you can make the tool maximize windows automatically, save the dialogs positions and ask for confirmation upon deletion.The application runs on a very low amount of CPU and system memory, so it doesn't put a strain on the computer's performance. It has a good response time and performed well during our tests, without hanging, crashing or popping up error dialogs. Although FNGraph has not been updated for a very long time, it shows users a simple method to create and analyze mathematical graphs.
