Tables are one of the most useful methods of storing large amount of data. Various applications let you create and manage them and have them saved under formats to use in other projects. Easy Tables is one of them and as the name suggests, it gives you the possibility to quickly create a database and save it as a CSV file.

Lightweight and easy to use

Your computer won't feel a thing when the application is running, due to the low system requirements. The interface is cleverly designed to provided quick access to available functions. An upper toolbar displays the features you can use, while most of the space is taken up by the table you create.The number of rows and columns is required when opening a new file, with the possibility to add more as you work. However, the application only lets you add one of each at a time, with no implemented function to set the amount of rows or columns to be added.

Create letter or email templates

Besides the basic functions provided to add and edit text, find and replace words or insert formulas, the application gives you the possibility to create templates for letters or emails and have them printed.This is done in a separate window, with a few text editing and alignment tools, as well as several examples. You can create new templates to be quickly accessed, and even add elements with a single mouse click, but no way to add custom ones to the list. Furthermore, there is no implemented function that allows you to import the created table in the template, which is a pity seeing how both features are offered by the same application.

To sum it up, Easy Tables is an extremely lightweight and easy to use application with which to create a thorough database. All available tools are quickly accessible due to the design, with the template creator further widening usability.
